Athlete Stretch

This class is designed for the functional athlete that needs to recover from work in the gym as well as the average person who just needs to counter the effects of sitting at a desk. There will be dynamic stretching, mobility work, long holds and strengthening utilizing both traditional and non-traditional yoga poses. Yoga for athletes is appropriate for both beginners and more seasoned yogis looking for less flow and more stretch. This class will help to improve range of motion, balance and understanding of physical limitations. Each class will incorporate breathing, stretching, stabilization and core work.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow

Our Gentle Vinyasa Flow classes are calming flow practices that link basic yoga postures in a purposeful sequence. This class is perfect for yoga beginners but works equally well for anyone looking for a gentle alternative to our Strong Vinyasa Flow classes. You'll always be given the option to keep it mellow or to make the practice more challenging with variations of the poses offered so you can dial it in to your perfect balance of gentle and flow.

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat Classes focus on the fundamental Pilates movement techniques, including a properly engaged core, shoulder and pelvic stability, and full breathing. The emphasis is on stretching and strengthening your body, primarily the muscles of the core. Pilates Mat movements are adapted to use just your body and a mat for support and cushion. However, Pilates balls, exercise balls, and resistance bands are often used to enhance the movements.
