As an act of self-love this month, treat yourself to our Nidra class, beginning with 5-10 minutes of gentle stretching to open and relax the body before moving into guided meditations to calm and bring stillness to the mind. The class concludes with a grounding yoga nidra (yogi sleep) and long peaceful savasana. Pure bliss! These classes are suitable for all levels of students and are 60 minutes long.
